McAleer Open Championship 2010 (Competitive Dancing)
With popularity growing since the international hits “Riverdance” and “Lord of the Dance” first toured Australia, The McAleer Dance School is proud to announce that our 12th annual main dancing competition of the year will again be held this year in Langwarrin.
The McAleer Open Competition has a reputation of being a very generous competition, and is fast becoming a must attend event for competitive dancers of this art form. The Championship brings together over 300 Performers and their families from all over Australia and overseas and also attracts adjudicators and musicians from all over the world. This year, we have 1 National and 2 International adjudicators and our musician is from England.
Many competitors will take advantage of the attractions and services that Langwarrin, Cranbourne, Frankston and surrounding suburbs have to offer, including accommodation, shopping and hotels and restaurants!
